1. Navigate to the lefthand panel and select "Chat"

2. All chat conversations will populate here for your view. 

3. To respond to a tenant chat, simply open the conversation and respond. 

4. To create a new chat with a tenant, click on "New" 

5. Insert the users name that you would like to start a chat with and click "Create"
